I'm interested in this too, Pete. I have a Dremel and sort of know what you're talking about regarding the compounds and wheels etc. although I've never used any of them myself. What about a tutorial, if you have time?

I got mine from Joshua and I am very, very, happy with it. No flaws on the case at all, as far as I can see, and the pattern is also good. None of the woodgrain effect on some of the early ones. It is quite matt, but there is a sort of side sheen which actually looks quite high quality.
