  1. thats because you left! welcome back !
  2. these are all out of stock now GM factory has one but not nearly as accurate
  3. it was a little loose so I used GS cement on it and its good to go
  4. Ok guys I wanted to update this thread ,The Crystal that Alligoat mentioned above is absolutely PERFECT ! The Sternkruz XS 303.430 has the correct cyclops position right over the date window and the magnification looks DEAD ON when compared to the gen 1680 pics that I could find, I also ordered the Clarks and it was way too far to the right, so maybe you guys who got ones from Clark that were good maybe from a different batch?
  5. I buy 10-15 watches a month from Sead ! he is the MAN ! great QC too
  6. WSO is a joke lately , much better off dealing with TC , WSO will ship quick ,but the quality is sub par , everything I have ordered from them I have been less than thrilled with
  7. watches are overpriced ! better off dealing with trusted dealers on this forum, they can get the SAME watches much less money
  8. Thanks! I have the date window in the correct Rolex position, the Cyclops is too far to the right of the date window ,so you have had the GS brand 127 and the Cyclops was in the correct position?
  9. Im having problem finding a T127 crystal for my 1680 build that the cyclops is lined up over the date window? its way too far to the right! I have to tilt the watch to the left to read the date? I know the right cyclops position exist as Ive seen 1680's with them, is it only a GEN 127 that will give me the correct position? does anyone here had this issue before?
  10. I would send the case to Zocker /swiss machines and have them put the bevel on the lugs, that would finish this off nicely
  11. wow looks gen LOL what was the exact part # for the xtal you used?
  12. I shave dials all the time , its easy you have to use 2 sided automotive 3m "RED" tape I use a small mag-lite flash light and use the tape on the end and secure the dial on the end of the flash light , make sure the backside of the dial and the end of the flash light is very clean using a q-tip dipped in alcohol, and rotate on 400 or 600 grit sand paper for a few minutes at a time ,trial fit the dial into the case as you go while its still attached to the flash light , easy peasy blow off with canned air and your done
