The hour hand is wrong, the bracelet is wrong (not riveted and clasp) and the case is wrong (non drilled lug holes). Dial is fairly accurate.
Here is a gen from Chrono24

The bracelet is correct for this year (1970) as they did come with all of Rolex variants.
FWIW, Trusty's example is pretty close to a 27K dollar watch. The font differences and such are not going to be noticed from more than a foot away anyway. Also the dial will vary over the span of the years in production. Gen dials, last time I checked were in the 4K-5K range if you could find one available.
I say go for it and enjoy. It's a great watch.
There is always the Miyota 8215. Drops right in and no need for new hands/dial.
If you are in the US, here's where to get one.

Thank you NW, I'm sure I will throw a few around. I will say this, folks are actually knowledgeable about these. Kinda feel like I'm back to basics. See a post I may be able to help someone and find the issue has been solved. Steep learning curve to keep up with
It is great to see the quality has gone up, but the other side of the coin shows that we are paying much more for it. That is ok, I don't mind not having to do incredible mods to get the pieces close to what is, in my mind, acceptable.
Thank you for the warm welcome back Mike! Glad to have this forum available with the experience and knowledge for all.
Best!
