  1. Thanks for all the great info! Brendan, I just sent you a PM! thats awesome that you are in NH! We will have to meet up! You are absolutely right Rolexman, being in the states, shipping out the watches would be a fine idea. MD2020, I will PM you as well!
  2. Thank you SSTEEL! If anybody has another suggestion for someone in the states!
  3. I have a few watches that I am thinking of getting tuned up and repaired! Can anybody suggest a good person that is responsive, actually looking for work, and willing to take on these projects? Much Thanks All!
  4. I am looking for a watch repair guy in the US and preferably in the New England if possible. Would anybody have any suggestions?
  5. sounds awesome! I will definitely send him an email. He won't work on any Cronographs? I thought a majority of those use the 7750 movement. isn't that bread and butter movement thats in the majority of our watches?
  6. I actually have several other watches that either need repair or tune up. Does anybody know where I can send those?
  7. I live in the US in New Hampshire, but of couse willing to ship if need be. Where is Katt's watch repair or CLS watch repair?
  8. Hey all! I bought a BK sub and it has worked wonderfully for several years but accidently dropped it the other day and need to get it repaired. Where would you suggest I go? Thanks all!
  9. Question for everybody! Not sure if this is the right place for this. But, Does anybody know of a place in Boston/ surrounding area that does overhauls/repairs/reconditioning services on our rep watches... either that or somebody on the forum that would send out to do this service? I already messaged Zimeister and he doesn't want to do this kind of work. Help!
  10. I am having a few problems with mine too.. but not with the chrono... the power runs out, even when i am wearing it, so i have to wind it by hand every other day. Its almost like I have a 111 hand wound movement... sucks. I am not sure what I am going to do about it. by the time I discovered it, it had already been a few weeks.
  11. that sucks... I am winding it every other day to keep it going... I can tell that its going to die because it starts loosing time. Would cleaning up and servicing and lubing up the movement fix it?
  12. I think that 36 hours is fine as far as power reserve is concerned. What I am worried about is that after a full wind and wearing it the watch should not need to be rewound, unless you leave it for 36 hours and it dies again. Does that make sense?
  13. Hey there fellow Pam lovers! I just ordered a Pam 251 with the new movement from Joshua and have been wearing it for about a week and I have noticed that the power reserve is really low. I have been wearing the watch all day everyday and it runs out after a few days and I have to wind it again manually. Its almost as if the rotor is not charging the watch like it should. has anybody else had this problem with this batch of watches or with other watches in the past? And what did you do to fix it?
  14. FGD, it looks like your made some modifications to your pam. Would be willing to do a quick tutorial for the members and show us what you did. I am sure a lot people will be buying this watch and will want to do the samething to reduce how much the level sticks out from the cg.

    Pam 251

I thought there was a simple mod we could do to fix that cg issue. I thought I read that on another post. does anybody know if such a mod exists and where we could find it?
