Yikes you guys are exotic! I've been eating caribou, bear and moose steaks, carrots from the garden, Honeycrisp apples and lots of leaf spinach.

Well i dont see any pics that prove that mr N!

For all i know you are eating well made vintage rolex/tudor watches all day long, and shiting out gen crowns, tubes and superdome cristals :D

Alright you want proof? Here's three moose in the back yard.... just look at all those steaks walking around out there!

Moose on the loose...nice. I like venison..If made properly made with the right spices.

My aunt makes a meat loaf out of vinison thats out of this world. Remember... It's always a good Idea to eat your dear. ;)

Venison is nice but the BEST is springtime black bear, when they're just out of hibernation, nice and lean and they haven't got into the salmon yet. Yum!

Pictures? Here's one:

Guy's do you never eat?

C'mon we need pics!!!

Don't say I don't look after you Green Corn :)

Home-made garlic-parsley pesto, hand beaten with a wooden mortar and pestle. This is the base for a Tzatziki.

Before:

And after:

Mixing in the extra virgin olive oil and Greek-style yoghurt:

This was one of four pizzas I had with my mates after a tough sporting victory. It translated to 'Volcano' in Italian. Gorgonzola, chilli flakes, hot salami, and feta cheese, bloody amazing pizza. It was a great little Italian place with a wood-fired oven, just like yours ZK :)

And this is a little pizza I threw together for dinner last night after a long day at work. It's a pita bread base, with BBQ sauce, Virginia ham, tasty cheese shavings, chopped marinated green olives and a bit of chicken left over from dinner :)

It's a shame that tasty food is also so damned fattening, I miss my youthful six-pack abs :)

Enjoy ZK and fellow foodies :)

Today's lunch:

Freshly shaved Pecorino:

On a freshly baked focaccia, with garlic-parsley pesto base, onions, olives. After baking, it was topped (while warm) with prosciutto and the pecorino:
