Can you tell which is rep and which is gen?

I just got my "closed factory" Seamaster Pro (thanks, Jeff!), and I must say-- I am extremely impressed. I will post a more in-depth comparison between the rep and gen Seamaster Pro soon, but I thought I'd share these with you.

I fixed the misaligned bezel on the replica and gave the case & bracelet a bit of shine with some Brasso: Those are the only mods. This thing is scary. I can already tell my gen Seamaster Chrono will be getting less wrist time

And here's a quick and dirty of my collection minus my gen Breitling Headwind which is currently being fixed and my gen Speedmaster Pro which was on the wrist. One of the Seamaster Bonds is my father's gen, the other is my rep, and the chronograph is genuine.

What he said! Smaller date window and slightly proud pearl are what give it away in the pics. I've always said the bracelet on these are 100% and your pics prove it.

(PS. The CG's on your rep look correct.... for a GMT model )

I have a gen SMP and am very tempted just to get a rep of it ust to compare the two of them together as the gen is such a heavy "substantial" watch. from the pictures it looks like the rep might be also! Love the group shot, Show us more!!!

The genuine uses a soft steel for the bracelet which scratches fairly easily. My genuine bracelet and clasp look like yours.
