gasebah
My wife digged out this professional machine with permanent water-connection and dual boilers from a restaurant that is currently renovated. I just had to change the gasket for the portafilter and now it's running like a champ.

ceejay
Loving that machine...One day! I currently run a modded Gaggia Classic & Iberital MC2 grinder. Coffee of choice is a local roaster, Climpsons & Sons - The Baron My favourite style is "Cortado" Espresso shot cut with equal amount of steamed (not frothed) milk. gasebah
I was using a Rancillio Silvia up to now and had asimple Gaggia before. But the Silvia though I got excellent coffee out of it was a pain as you had to vent it every time after you had steamed milk. The new machine also came with a professional grinder but I am not sure if I will use it on a every day basis. It has this thing to portion the amount of coffee which means you have to grind more coffee than you actually need.
