  1. Hi Guys, Today some pictures of my new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore 26400 au. Inside is a 7750 valjoux movement. Before we go to the pictures I need to tank my friend Legend for this one. He arranged this watch for me so I'm very thankful for that Enough talk, let's go to the fun part! Thanks for watching!

  3. Really a tough question, as there are so many situations where a particular watch just isn't the right fit for the job. You really wouldn't want to take a Rolex Day/Date on a scuba trip, just as you wouldn't want to wear a big clunky dive watch with a Tuxedo. Really a lot depends on your profession, what you do in your leisure time. Many years ago, before I got into watch collecting. I wore a gen Rolex 1680. It was my only watch. I wore it to work every day ( I was managing my families farming operation). When I dressed up, which wasn't very often, I cleaned it up and wore it with a suit or sport jacket. Wonderful watch, and under those circumstances, it was a good fit. Today, probably that one or my 16610 would be the one. However, today my choice would be my Rolex 16750 GMT, as it is a sport watch, has the GMT function which I need occasionally, and it could be worn with just about anything except formal attire. 7. Hi guys, wanted to show off my new Lüm-Tec. I wanted a bronze watch and of course I was thinking PAM first. But with my 6.5 inch wrist it was hilarious. So i stumbled across this one. I really love the rainbow colors it has after some aging. Depending on the light you see black, yellow, gold, gun blue, red, grey and brown. Sorry for the bad pictures. I am not an artist when it comes to this, and the iphone camera does not really grab the variety of colors and shades, -ALEX

  9. Go over to the Rolex Forum and look at the ongoing thread with gen owners who are posting pics of their modded Rolexes. Using a red Yacht Master hand for accent color is very popular. People do this with Explorers, subs, Datejusts, and any model that it would look cool on. It doesn't come from Rolex this way, so that's why it is a mod. This is absolutely gen like, so go for it. I personally love the look.
