  3. If a master swordsmith forges a blade so sharp, and the warrior he sells it to uses it to effortlessly slay a hundred men, the warrior will be judged and not the sword. What we are discussing about is individual integrity and responsibility. You should draw the line at acknowledging the fine work and craftsmanship you produce. That is your accolade. How someone uses your work, is none of your business. Do what you believe in and know what your work stands for. Let every buyer of your watches/work exercise his own responsibility. I do not know if your post is a subtle hint at how good your work is, i.e, craftsmanship so fine, they can make a watch pass as gen, but regardless, what I said remains valid. Being good is not a flaw. But how someone chooses to represent your work/watches is his own responsibility. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Hey I found a folder in my hard drive that has some classic replica pictures that I've taken back in the day. First there was this "ceramic" GMT that came out. It was pretty damn good rep. As a watch it's boring as hell though. Third picture it's next to my gen 16710. Fourth picture has a NOKIA phone. The phones were a bit different back in those days too. Cheers. I'll post more later.

  7. Around the same time as the WM9-V1, there was this MBW which I got from Chris at Eurotimez. It had drilled lugholes and I converted the bezel assembly to gen like construction with some gen and aftermarket parts. Lastly I ditched the noobmariner dial and hands and swapped in WM9 dial and hands. Oh, gen crown and tube and a TC 93250 completed the deal. It goes swimming regularly. Drilled out the lugholes also.

  8. I have recently been bit by the BB 58 bug and am looking to find a rep These are soo much nicer than a sub or dssd I have a BB heritage rose in transit to try but I think the size will be a bit too large for me ...cant wait to try it. I like how the bezel insert has gilt details on the BB58 and of course the size is perfect.....so looking fwd to getting one!

  10. Don’t let @Nanuq buy it. Just send it to me and I’ll kindly dispose of it for you. No need for the bossman to get his hands dirty. 🤣

  12. Not the best model, but this one has certainly exceeded my expectations. Runs like a champ and withstood at least 15ft/5m of water Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. It’s not your fault nor responsibility. Try turning it around and saying that some people think they are good enough to pass as gen - not condoning it but it’s a tribute to your skills.
