It's actually quite bad. The subdial rings make me dizzy...
For $500 you get a much better dial from Phong, or if you are crazy like most of us the +$1k Newman dials from Minh are good.
-
Won't fit. The middle section is different width.
-
I would have thought 20mm lugs were 20mm lugs..
-
How does one change the end links. Ive searched and examined the sels i have and can't figure out how they come out.
Ahh, didn't realize you have SELs. Probably better off to find an older bracelet then.
-
Where'd you find a 78390 bracelet for $1200. I ended up polishing the clinks of a gmt and am not really satisfied with the result. The end links don't line up nicely with the case.
You'll need to change the endlinks to 503D for proper fit.

What if someone swaps a gen for a rep. Only few geeks out there who would realize. Might go through several hands before someone finds out... ?
-
Let me take a guess...
Phong 6239 case
Gen 300 mph bezel
Too fuzzy, but I guess MQ PN dial, hands impossible to tell from the pic
Gen 7205 with 57 end links
Gen Superdome 21 ?
Pushers and Crown - hard to tell...
More pics would be nice, as this looks like a great built.
-
Why don't you put it up on Ebay. People are always looking for El Primero's for obvious reasons...
-
Biggest gripe with the DSN case is the incorrect crown position (sits too high in the case)
-
What case are you using ?
-
The gen printing is usually quite tough. Did you wrap it in acetone ?
-
Any reason you did not go for Phong's MK1 pushers on the 6240 case ? (Now don't tell me you have gen ones...)
-
Well, it looks like I have 4 cases for you then...
Any chance on Comex number engravings for the 5514 ? What about 62xx Daytonas ?
-
Would be a nice starting point for a 1016...
-
I am tempted to say gen. The lume color looks good and the printing has the right thickness.
-
Both look gen to me
What he said...both gen

On SA3135 ( engraved) from PureTime,
Gen hands ,
Gen dial
and GEN datewheel perfectly fit.
...interesting. Was this one of the more recent batches ?

Tried to keep it low key as it had fallen under my desk at work...
Still got funky after a while when I crawled under the desk to find it.

Trying to figure out what to do on a 13 hour layover in GZ, I found out that China now issues a 72 hour visa for transit travelers through Guangzhou Airport: http://www.csair.com/en/news/2013/20130724.shtml
Best news since sliced bread !

...found it half an hour later. Haven't shitted myself like that for a while...

Early 16613 had lug holes, your 16803 dial would be correct for these. I am going down the same route with a ST 16610 case. Couldn't find a nice tritium blue dial within my budget so I went for the SL one and just call is a service replacement...
Just realized you have a gen 3035, so 16803 seems to be the only option.

Count me in for a boat load. Also interested in a 1665 case back.

Are you sure your watch has a battery. Even the cheapest PO come with automatic movement. Might want to give it a good wind first?
-
so i buyed all , any suggestion for digitalize ?
Holy crap, that is some serious library you got yourself there..

Tell them you were selling the watch for Bob Maron.
Just ignore it. They are just on a fishing expedition.
