Never fear mate, I still have the key to that mahogany cabinet way in back of the massage tables to the left of the lap pool. You know the one, it has the cigar burns and leather cladding... the really REALLY good stuff is in there.

I told MOAB the "really good stuff" is in the crystal case by the bowling lanes. Tee hee, he'll be savoring the Johnny Walker while we sip the 40 year single malts. Mum's the word!

I suggest you keep your threatening tone to yourself. And if I need to take it up with the moderators that will be my decision.

    are you for real m8???

Asking for help first and then insulting the people who are trying to help? Better look for another forum to vent your frustrations....jeez

Please don’t make suggestions like this on an open forum where everyone can read it.

you are right, it was not meant as a threat, but honestly I was only meaning to contact him and ask to return the money, no bad intend...let me know if I can help in any way.

In read on rwi that he wanted to solve the matter, the watches were send registered and insured? Then what is the problem, just refund with paypal to the buyers and have postnl start an investigation to find the orders or get your money back from postnl insurance?

I still can't believe we are even having to have this discussion.  In the last 2 years my hobby has been making jewelry by designing them in either Zbrush or Matrix Gemvision (Rhino based) and then having my models professionally printed with the latest 3d printing software which is called material jetting.  Material Jetting is so precise that you could 3d print finger prints if you wanted to.

For the love of God and all that is mighty, let's create a team of people from this forum including myself and make 3D models of the 5513 case.  Now, I can't cast models into stainless steel, but maybe I can help with the workflow of the whole process of making a 3d model of the midcase which can then be CNC machined, etc.  At the vary least, we could have the midcase designed with just final thread cutting left which people like JMB could advice on.

Let's freaking do this people.   Let me give you an example of what can be done with technology.  A friend of mine wanted a treasure coin but didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for even just a replica.   So I created an exact replica using Zbrush and then casting it in Silver.   For the Love of God.    With 3D scanning, we could high resolution scan an original 5513 mid case.

It is a special glue like what dentists use.

Goes on and hardens up when you shine the UV light to it.

Tight and hard adhesive. Easy to use with little mess, but the glue needs to be in plain site to shine the UV light. Can’t be hidden, else it will not harden up and stick.

  6. Mike, I can understand...in my personal experience it is the opposite. I buy more then I sell and not many sellers accept pp with fees unless buyer and seller know eachother or both are longtime members...maybe depends on the forum where you buy but with my buys on RWG most of the sellers go with pp friend

Being honest I’d only send money friends and family through pp if you know the person or it’s a m2m deal and your confident you’ll get the watch.

Ebay is rife with dodgy sellers and pp will only cover you providing you follow the rules for cover, why don’t you say you’ll cover the pp fees instead....won’t be a lot on that sort of money?

most sellers will of reps not accept regular pp as it can offer the posibility of a dispute if the buyer gets regrets/says he has ordered a gen watch and got a rep ect.
