good luck m8...just wondering how a "friend" of a member can contact you on this board?
-
maybe one of the forummods or admin can chime in....the buyer does not know the weight I hope. This is normally on the receipt of the sender when shipped. It can be a nightmare, I agree....that is when I ship, I make a video of the box, watch ect. on a scale so that shows the weight which will also be on the receipt...The buyer has to prove the box was the same weight but empty and that will be difficult.
-
just check the shipped weight with the received weight, very easy as for international post, the parcel will be checked for weight when it enters another country. If the weight does not match, the watch has been taken out during shipping. File a claim about a repaired watch at the shippingcompany.

Ordered 3 cases, now about to hunt for the rest.....
-
thanks for sharing, you and e30m3 got me going to start a 5513 project. Awesome job on yours...👍

Same here....just love vintage and inspired by this thread I decided to get a 5513 case from Sead and build my own....having a lot of swiss spare parts which I got form a friend watchmaker who passed away, I have to check and organize about 30 moving boxes 😤. Most is not organized so it will be a hell of a job but it's like a treasure hunt....exiting. Already discovered Omega, Tissot and Rolex parts between the rest.

great job....

It is over thirty years old and yes it still works, never serviced either
now that is not a canalstreet piece I guess....pity they don't make this quality anymore.

there is a lot of info if you use the searchbutton, especially in the Rolex section.

ARF V2 all day, i've had 2 so far:-)
pics m8, or it is not true....😉...but I am surprised though as so many say NOOB has a better case.
-
I read on RG or on another forum about the 116610LN differences between NOOB and AFR that the NOOB case and rehaut are better, ARF has the best dail, SEL,
bracelet, bezel and crystal. Don't know if this also goes for the 2017 single red.

Black, the only way

Have to admit I bought a "lowball" Pam 005 with a gen A21j back in 2006....for about 100 bucks. Even today it is still running and keeping reasonable good time ( off min 2 min/day).

You could fall lucky and find a member with spare links, but more likely your best bet is to ask your TD about a new bracelet. Two weeks, you might get it “good will” I’m not sure. Getting the whole bracelet is much more likely than getting the small piece sent.
PM me details of when and from whom you purchased it please
+1, a new bracelet is mre likely to get then just the linkpart.
Looking to get my 1st Pam
