  1. B ut they do it with such class.... And you have to respect their exuberant amount of talent. (sarcasm all over that comment)
  2. I think Josh sells that "Tiger Woods" Link.
  3. Got this one in the mail Friday! In love......
  4. The dial on that YM looks awful yellow. that must have come from one of he cartel boys.......... Great QC outta those guys.
  5. Well try this on. Up until about two years ago I was into Whats called FE Boats. Fast Electric radio controlled boats. R/C Boat is a super small niche in the R/C world and Electric is even smaller. We are not talking about toys here, these boats we scratch build get into excess of 100mph. We have a circuit that we travel every year and so forth. You think reps are expensive... Anyway, I was having the same problem as you described. I would have four builds going at any one time. Always looking to get some freakin' awesome part. At the time I made about $34000 a year and that last year in the hobby I spent over $16000 in parts. It got real bad, but it was like that for most of the guys. It has something to do with hobbies not reps IMO.
  6. I am SO glad I just read this. I just attempted to send him $501.99 through Moneygram for a 111h. The payment was rejected for what they called a Suspicious purchase and would not elaborate. I got an e-mail from Moneygram to call and I told them he was an old friend I was repaying a debt to. They denied the payment. huh? Well I am glad of that now, I think. This was going to be my first PAM purchase so I wanted a good one and I knew they could be pricey but thanks for posting this.
  7. I am about to buy a BeginYachy from Perfect Clones tonight. I noticed it uses different movement than the one on Andrews site. Any input? This will be my first rep and I want it to be a good one.
  8. Thanks guys! This place is great! And to think I started out reading the scam forum just a month ago. LOL
  9. SO then that leaves the question Who has the best Noobmariner? I have looked at Trustytimes and the minute hand is just crazy but I read that TTK had a nice one.. Who is TTK and what is his site? Since it's a "noob" watch I guess it doesn't matter that the minute hand is crazy looking though.
  10. Thanks guys. I would want all SS, and auto. I am kinda confused about the crystal. I have a Bulova (crap watch I know) but it scratches if you breath on it wrong. I see some have sapphire crystals with a coating. Should I be looking for that when I am purchasing? I was kinda thinking the best bet would be to just buy from one of the collectors here that get great reviews like Prefect Clones or Silix. That way i would know I had the best out of box the rep world had to offer. Is that correct assumption. Also is the Swiss movement always better than Asian?
  11. I am debating my first rep watch. I ordered a pen from Narikaa to get a taste of the rep world and was not disappointed. I had the idea like a lot of others, that my first rep should be a Rolex. I want a datejust. Nothing fancy just a good everyday watch. I have always wanted one and I think that it would make a great first rep. Then I saw the MB Star Chrono Limited ED. What a great watch. I try one one everyday at my job and love it. Only thing is it's a tad large for my wrist but would be a great special occasion watch. There is a price difference of course so if that was my choice it would take longer to obtain. It would be an awesome first piece and a awesome "special night" watch. But the Rolex is a bit more simple and subtle. It would be what I would were all the time. Although the "style" these days has gone to the larger diameter watches. So what do you guys think? What should I get my feet wet with?
  12. These can't be that hard to rep. Anyone know who I could contact about getting one?
  13. Eggs, Crystal, China, Jewelry, all things expensive.... But I just saw a Faberge watch today. One word AWESOME. I would say that it was the most ornate time piece I have ever seen, simply amazing. Again I have just entered this hobby and field BUT any one would agree I believe. It was beautiful!
