Definitely worth it for the gen rubber - my gen rubber strap is far more comfortable than the rep rubber on my 005k and 26k. Cheers.

So would putting an FGD 002 dial in a ti case be genius, or sacrilege..?

Does anyone know if the pre-a base dial ever appeared in a ti case? ie. like wolf's 040 but without the seconds. I think it would look great but not sure I want to create a fantasy watch. Cheers

Just a quick heads up for anyone considering attempting this on a DSN watch - the Brasso alone wouldn't budge the AR. It needed the brasso and steel wool combo to get it off, and a fair bit of elbow grease.
