  1. i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that the gen does have a crystal on top of the wood inlay. not sure what kind of wood the calypso was made out of though...

There is no crystal over the wood... what purpose would this server?

I tried one of these on back in December and it was just stunning... Hopefully they execute this one well. :thumbsupsmileyanim:

  2. Someone mentioned this in the last forum about this guy... what I just don't understand though is that a 113 is a 44mm and the Fiddy is 47mm. Do 44mm and 47mm Pams use the same size movements? Is it just the size of the case that is larger??

Yup, same movement... spacer rings work wonders :)

  3. Nope, he hasn't bought the 3,000 rep.

He's a RWG forumer who posted the pics of the same watch 2-3 weeks ago on this forum. The original E-series mov't you see on those pics had been removed from his gen 113 (he apparently got bored with it) and installed into the rep Fiddy e0851 case. Everything but the mov't in that Fiddy of his, are rep parts.

I still don't get his logic, after being called on it on a rep forum, he goes off and posts it on a gen forum ?!

    Stupid or simply reckless ?

    cheers,

    babola

I would say name him here so it's all out in the open...

We RWG (and other forum guys) get a bad rap because we like reps... Naming this idiot will set that opinion a bit straighter.

I see a faint hint of a magnifier over the pretty good date window... Also see the 30 second subdial at 9 tells me this could be the elusive MBW AP ROO...

You paid ~$US400 and we are getting quotes of 450 EURO... What an amazing markup.

Please tell us about the movement (21600 a7750 or 28800 7750) and let us know more about the quality.

  6. If anyone can help me turn off the flash of Nikkon P1 digital camera please pm me.

You shoulld not worry so much about the flash... Concentrate on the focus so we can see what you've actually got :whistling:

Not sure why you don't spell out the name... PP Nautilus is quite sufficient ;)

    Thanks for sharing anyway :1a:
