going through the perfect clones site and liked the vintage square hour hand look, are there versions of this type of IWC that are more accurate than others?
I took a look at his watch, very nice piece but I am after the stubby hands. So trusty time I guess it is. Though I am on the lookout for a SBIII secondhand
Looking to get an IWC after only messing with rolex reps, I'm familiar with most of the rep dealers. Where would the IWC experts suggest I order something like this:
the series is not that important, more after the dial and hands look.
Looking for a cheap SD, which would you choose?

picked up one of these to scratch my sea dweller itch... what does the hive mind suggest to make it closer to real life? I think I remember reading a new crown is in order? Is there a rep crown that is a simple swap out? Any other basic suggestions?
I bought a cartel vintage sea dweller, aged pretty much everything and just as I was putting it back to together - tink - the stem snapped inside the movement. So I have half a stem inside the movement and half on the crown. I figure that for what it might cost me to get the stem replaced I can more than likely just buy a new movement - probably better.
What would you suggest as an inexpensive drop in fit?
