  4. For you audiophile nuts out there iMod iPod audiophile upgrades ALO Audio iMod Cable Upgrades For the ultimate in iPod Hi-Fidelity, an iMod upgraded iPod 5th Gen with an ALO Audio RX Headphone Amp:
  5. I'm with TJ and wearing the Tudor again today
  6. Just for future information, I have always been a fan of headphone.com for useful, real-world information regarding headphones and headphone amps. I have a pair of Sennheiser HD-600's and an older Headroom Little Headphone Amplifier that I just love. Spent weeks of researching and landed on the HD-600's after a producer friend of mine let me borrow his for a day. Anyways, I quite enjoy their reviews and find them to be very informative and helpful.
  7. you can find a very detailed step-by-step disassembly guide here I'd say follow that until you get to the seconds hand gear and then reverse it with that part removed. EDIT: Just read Francisco's tutorial and I see that you do need to keep the "seconds wheel", but that disassembly guide is quite handy to get you to that point of removing the seconds wheel.
  8. My favorite crazy hours for sure! The color dreams one is just a little too much in my opinion! Great review!!!
  9. Looks good K!!! Wearing the 'ol Tudor for today
  10. I bought the Bergeon 30018 Fine Hand Levers from Ofrei.com. You can find them on this page about 2/3rd's of the way down the page. I can't really describe the technique, but they just feel completely natural to use. It becomes fairly obvious the first time you use them. They aren't called the "Mercedes Benz of all Hand Levers" for nothing
  11. Ok fellow PAM lovers. I really want to spruce up my base PAM 112h and need your input. I love the sandwich dial, but I hate that the 6 & 9 are so narrow. I would like to possible replace the dial and I am leaving that choice up to the community. Which dial would be the best choice and if you wouldn't mind commenting, I would really appreciate it! Here is a pic of the current dial:
  12. That is a beautiful watch right there. I am not a fan at all of the submersible, but that is just gorgeous! Well done!!!
  13. +3 on the Offshore Watch Repair kit. It's pretty great!
  14. This is why I stopped using the Presto style hand removers and switched to hand removing levers from Bergeon. They were super expensive, but I feel like I have way more control over the amount of force I use to remove the hand. Haven't broken a hand tube yet
  15. What was your source for the 111j case? Any other options out there? I'd like to find a good case to use with my 'T' tube and crown with my Torobravo CG. I am also thinking of switching out the dial for a newer PAM 219 sandwich dial as the 6 and 9 look quite a bit nicer
  16. That is the coolest looking wallpaper I have seen on an iPhone! Nicely done TT!
  17. Hello folks! Back from the wedding and going with my new beater
  18. Hi folks, My poor 112h case has had a rough time lately and its in need of replacement. (basically I f*k'd it up trying to enlarge the hole for a new tube) So..... anyone got any good recommendations? I know that the Little Hero cases are supposed to be nice, but I would imagine they are a little pricey. Also, it would be super awesome to find a case that has a proper caseback without the H0035 serial number on it. That really drives me crazy for some odd reason I have a torobravo CG and a T crown and tube already so I just need the caseset and caseback. Crystal isn't necessary, but if it comes with it than that is ok. I hope you guys can help. It would be really great to have my PAM back in wearable condition!
  19. Thanks everyone!!! Had a great time and a fabulous wedding!! Here's a quick wristie of my grandfather's watch
