Simply WOW!!!

Ordered this black sub from Andrew (Trustytime) and I am impressed by the quality. I asked him about the current subs available and he advised me to go for the V2 ZZF.

It arrived within 5 days and was packed firm as always.

The thing what I noticed right away was the clearity of the crystal, simply amazing. I took my Noob sub to compare and the crystal of the noob is foggy compared to this ZZF.

The clasp work smooth and also the engravings are crisp.

The overall finish is very good and I see no reason to go GEN nowadays anymore... great job ZZF!!!

Hi there peeps!

Rolex is the KING for me but WOW... the santos 100 is a must have for every watch collector IMO. The Vintage look is just awesome.

Saw on Andrew (trustytime) his site GF launched the 2018 modell recently, I ordered it immediately. The watch arrived within 4 days as usual. Packaged very well and it also came with some goodies. A nice leather strap and a great Cartier branded travel bag. Both great quality. I ordered the XL version and it seemed the right choice. it wears like a classic seadweller regarding size for thos who are curious.

What i do like besides the awesome retro look is for example the quick end links change system, it works flawless and saves allot of hassle regarding sizing the bracelet or if you want to swap the SS bracelet with the leather one. Within a view seconds the job's done... easy as that (“QuickSwitch” as Cartier calls it).

The overall finishing is mind blowing, the polished parts have a great finish. They put allot of effort in the details, it just looks and feels so GEN. The movement runs perfect and smooth. I serious have no complaints at all about this piece.

Eversince I got some Tudor reps I am amazed by the overall quality. Somehow it seems they are made so well compared to other reps. The newly launched black Bay gmt caught my eye and so i ordered myself a NICE Christmas present. lucky me it also arrived before the holidays. Thanx again for the fast shipping and smooth transaction Andrew!

The case: The watch measures 41mm in diameter. The 316L SS case has a really good looking nice matte/satin finish to it which comes with beautifull beveled edges. The nicely decorated crown has no crown guards on this modell. The matte finish of the case and bracelet seems to hide scratches really well also. The caseback has a nicely brushed effect on it, just like the clasp etc. VERY crisp engravings btw, ZF did a great job with that! Compared to the many subs I own, it seems this Tudor wears a little bit bigger but I don't mind that at all.

The Dial: I have to admit It is difficult to look at this watch without comparing it to Rolex, I had to teach myself this is NOT a rolex but a brand on his own with a wink to Rolex, but they are family as we all know. The BB has round hour markers. The dial has a matte finish which I find to be just pure watch porn. I always like matte finished dials especially when sunlight hits the dial (see pics below). The dial printing is (just like all the engravings) very crisp... kudos! The lume on this black boy is incredibly strong. Personally I also like the missing magnifier on the date, it makes the watch looks more clean but perhaps also a bit bigger.

The datewheel: All seems nicely centered.

The Bezel: One of the first things I noticed is the firm grip you have on the uni directional bezel. The color also seems same as per Gen. No fingers sliding over the bezel trying to turn it, the small groves/cut outs give you a perfect strong grip. Tudor does not work with a pearl because they simply say it will fall off as many Rollie owners can confirm . The bezel rotates smooth with very firm loud and crisp clicks with, absolutely no wiggling or whatsoever.

Chrystal: The domed shaped chrystal is gorgeous, it pops out a bit like the Rolex seadweller. The main difference is that is has a bevelled edge which I think I more nicer. It plays with the light, i love it. Also the applied AR is very good.

The Bracelet and clasp:The rivet bracelet really looks bada$$, again probably mostly due to the matte satin finish and especially due to the visable pins on the side. It wears smooth and very very comfortable (I gave it an oil bath also). The design of the clasp on this bracelet makes it even more special. The clasp opens and closes very slick and firm. Again, the inscriptions are very crisp!

***My conclussion: A very high-end REP, worth every dollar, guaranteed!***

Before my 2 week trip I ordered the new AP Royal Oak 26331ST. Once I came home my package was there waiting for me!

As usual I ordered it from Andrew (Trustytime). Shipping took about 4 days but unfortunately i was not home. A few days ago I came back and finally I was able to open it and... WOW what a watch. I had no AP in my collection anymore and I missed the brand a bit. I noticed in Andrew his earlier posts it seemed they put allot of effort in this watch. Well... I can confirm that 100%.

I took the blue version because the blue version is pretty rare in real life. Only the Boutiques sell these and they are pretty much not availabe/ sold out. I believe the blue version is also a bit higher prices compared to the black or white dialed version.

The finishing of the case/ bracelet is regarding finish pretty much equal to GEN. I hardly could notice any difference with the piece a business friend has. The polished parts are done very well just like the brushed area's on the watch. Absolutely stunning!!! The clasp is also pure art and it closes and opens smooth like butter.

The crystal is very clean looking, No AR applied which is same as per GEN. Nevertheless it looks very crisp and it doesn't need any AR anyway in my opinion.

The blue dial has a bit of a sunburst effect and pops out beautifull when the light hits it. Also the dial seems to be made very accurate just like all the inscriptions which are applied. Pics don't do justice with this rep. The non recessed datewheel was also something which attraced me, just like the different subdial positions compared the earlier Oaks.

Well here is the story, I bought something Blue recently and I needed a "kinda" matching watch. Since GF makes such highend Breitlings it did not took me that long to know which modell I needed. I saw the Blue Superocean being launched and Wholla... here it is.

Case: First thing I noticed was the 100% superb smooth DLC'd case. It seems the HE valva is also actually working on this modell which is pretty unique if you ask me. The factory did a great job on that. Really worth mentioning.

Bezel: The bezel has a satin/matte/ brushed kinda finish which pops out strongly, I love the combination of the two different finishings. The numbers in the bezel are also very crisp.

Dial: The dial finish is really on a high level. To be honnest these GF watches are extremely close to GEN and the watch does give you this GEN feeling when handeling. What also caught my eye is the extreme smooth sweeping of the second hand. None of my watches are running that smooth and steady. Also the dial pops out very nice due to the strong AR'd crystall.

Strap: Butter soft with nice details like the holes and the text "Breitling'' on the back, Also I like these type of clasps!

For the BR nitpickers, the datewheel is not sunken so you guys will love that. I am impressed with the overall quality factories nowadays are producing. The difference between REP and GEN are getting extremely close these days. I am happy with this all black summer watch... It looks sporty. 100% satisfied!

Lately I am growing into some others brands which not realy caught my attention in the past. Is it the age perhaps?

A good friend of mine has a tourby Franck Muller and I started to love the modell more and more. Once I saw Trusty (Andrew) launched the Casablanca I had to order one. 3 days shipping from The far east to the netherlands WOW!... Now that's rocket fast. Regarding the communication with Andrew... also smooth and fast as always.

I saw the specs and I knew it had to be a special watch. Great time to buy reps, they are getting better and better by details and quality. Back to the watch. The FM wears extremely comfortable, probably due to the shape of the case and size. Also it is a great everyday watch. Many people don't know the brand to well so it is a nice starter in conversations sofar. The winding is very smooth and the watch keeps great time sofar. The crystal is just simply AMAZING!!! They claim the Sapphire glass crystal grade on the watch is swiss high grade Level 10! I think my pictures will tell they are probably right and it is top quality. I also love the way how the dial pops out depending on the light angle. The Dial Guilloche effect and also the layers of the coating & applied wordings seems to be 1:1 same to the manufacture standards of the real deal. The caseback is also made with great eye on details. I will also add some pics Andrew posted earlier with the Rep compared to the Gen

Rarely posting nowadays due to a busy private life but... still here though and still buying a watch every now and then. Kudos to Andrew for the quick deliverey and rocketfast communication as always.

Recenlty I purchased the new 2017 Sea Dweller from Andrew. A previous version from another factory was launched already but i knew this BP version was on his way. Finally it's here. The Deepsea I still own but I wear the regular subs more because of the balanced look. The minute I saw this 2017 version was launched I knew I had to have one. For me this is kinda a BIG Submariner brought as a Sea Dweller. Due to the balanced looks I wanted one. The bracelet is more balanced towards the size of the watch IMO.

Also, the ARF version (with the so called 904L steel) was not made from a genuine piece. BP did purchased the GEN and they have the HE valve made correct as per GEN. The thing I noticed after receiving was the smooth polished bracelet. It seems they put allot of attention into the finishing touch (no sharp edges). Although it is a big Rolex it wears perfect. I made some pics so you guy can judge the quality.

Damn is that close to gen! I have got the gen with black dial.
But I've got a question: How does the bezel work? Is it unidirectional and how many clicks does it have?
Gen bezel is bidirectional and clicks 24x per round.

As a big Rollie fan, I guess it was just a matter of time Tudor would chime more into my collection. I bought this piece from Trustytime as I do for over 12 years by now. You can't go wrong with Andrew guys. Fast communication and shipping as well.

I recently heard he was waiting for stocks to come in regarding this new Destro. I actually never owned a destro before. It wears suprisingly well due to the crown which does not presses into your hand constantly while working.

The case:

The watch measures 42mm in diameter and (how cool!) it is made of real titanium. The case has a really good looking nice matte/satin finish to it which comes with beautifull beveled edges. The nicely decorated crown is protected by the typical Tudor 'pointed' crown guards. The matte finish of the case and bracelet seems to hide scratches really well also. On the rightside of the case you will find the smooth looking decorated helium release valve. The caseback has a nicely brushed effect on it, just like the clasp etc. VERY crisp engravings btw, XF did a great job with that! Compared to the many subs I own, it seems this Tudor wears a little bit bigger but I don't mind that at all.

The Dial:

I have to admit It is difficult to look at this watch without comparing it to Rolex, I had to teach myself this is NOT a rolex but a brand on his own with a wink to Rolex, but they are family as we all know. The Pelagos has square hour markers placed in what people call "slots". The minute indicators are based on the higher locationed rehaut. The rehaut also has the cut outs in it for the earlier mentioned hour indicators. I really like the effect of this dial build up. The dial seems (at first sight) to have the same structure compared to the rehaut but, in fact it has a matte finish which I find to be just pure watch porn. I always like matte finished dials especially when sunlight hits the dial (see pics below). The dial printing is (just like all the engravings) very crisp... kudos! The lume on this black boy is incredibly strong and tinted bright blue. Personally I also like the missing magnifier on the date, it makes the watch looks more clean but perhaps also a bit bigger.

The datewheel:

Nice feature is the black vs. red datewheel, even numers red, uneven black... I love that!

The Bezel:

One of the first things I noticed is the firm grip you have on the bezel, completely different compared to Rolex. No fingers sliding over the bezel trying to turn it, the small groves/cut outs give you a perfect strong grip. Like the SubC's, I believe this Bezel is also made of ceramic. But in the case of the Tudor it seems it is a matte ceramic. Luminous material is (I believe) injected directly into the ceramic for hashing. Tudor does not work with a pearl because they simply say it will fall off as many Rollie owners can confirm . The bezel rotates smooth with very firm loud and crisp clicks with, absolutely no wiggling or whatsoever.

The Bracelet and clasp:

The bracelet really looks bada$$, again probably mostly due to the matte satin finish. It wears smooth and very very comfortable (I gave it an oil bath also). The design of the clasp on this bracelet makes it even more special. It opens and closes very slick and firm. The clasp has 3 standard positions you can adjust the normal wearing size with, this you can do by sliding the clasp (a bit like how the rolex SubC clasp works). But, also it has the "stretch out / spring adjusted" function which allows the bracelet to adjust with the wearer's motion. It was designed for divers whose wrists expands and contracts based on the pressure change while diving. On top of that there is the common known folding out 'divers extension'... so many options to choose! A nice bonus from the XF factory is the free Rubber strap. I haven't put it on yet as I prefer wearing the bracelet but many guys around here probably do like the rubber option. Perhaps I will try it later on, it does feel smooth and feels like top quality.

My conclussion: To be honnest XF made a great quality watch and I really feel like... if you own this watch why go GEN? The quality is simply amazing and besides Rollex I found myself another brand I am starting to fall in love with.

Shipped by Andrew on Saturday, delivered on Monday.... one day in between!!! Holy SH*T! Great smoothless transaction as usual.
 
I never owned one untill now, I could not resist this new launched beauty. In the past the movement was a real dealbreaker for me and that was the main reason I never dare to purchase one. This time due to the movement adjustments I took my chance. I experience a very strong power reserve from about 3 days and it did not skipped a single beat sofar. I went for the the SS case and white dial. No need to discuss about the offered different variations if it's up to me. It is just a matter of taste regarding color, who am I to judge about which one is the most beautifull...For me absolutely the SS case /white dial / golden hands and numbers.
 
The rep strap which came with it, is just like all the other rep straps. They are "okisch" but a watch like this deserves better. For now I wear it on a light/brown strap which matches nicely with the golden hands/ numbers. The clasp and caeback are crisp regarding printing and both looks very good. The dial printing is also very crisp and it seems they did put some serious TLC in it regarding the finishing touch in general. The crystal is also very clear and there is a nice strong AR coating applied.
 
I had some IWC pilots in the past, I sold them all. This one I will keep for sure. It has a bit of all, classy, sporty, elegant, charming...on and on. It looks as good when wearing jeans as with wearing a suit. You can't go wrong with this look if you ask me.

If you have the Two Tone like i have...it's a matter of time before you want the Full Gold version also. I ordered this badboy 3 weeks before christmas and i received it 1 day before christmas. My Xmas was GOLDEN! Buying from Andrew was smooth as butter as usual.

We all know BP does make some nice Rolies nowadays and I love this FG version! Color of the dial changes all the time depending on light. It changes from dark to light and that's just pure porn imo. Bezel clicks are crisp. Rehaut engraving is spot on regarding allignment. Bracelet is fully wrapped in gold so, also the sides of the links.

Every Rolex is a king on his own but for me this is the ultimate Rolex of all time!The TT blue dial version a.k.a. 116613LB

I saw BP launched this version recently and I pulled the trigger on one from Trustytime / Andrew.

Delivery was fast, I believe within 6 days from China to The netherlands.

I know many Rolex lovers do like this version but are being hold back due to the dial color, many are having doubts the dial color is not simular to GEN. This is why I post many dial pics from many angles so you can judge for yourself regarding this particular thing. I have been wearing mine for a week by now and did not had the chance to post this review earlier due to holidays. I am very pleased with this BP version, it screams GEN imo and it is an extreme eyecatcher I noticed. Several times I noticed people checking my wrist and we all know that nice feeling when that happens. As we all know not a single Rolex Rep is perfect but for me this one is just perfect as it is. The nitpicking points I leave to the Rollie experts around here.

Here it is, finally my very first Tudor, ZF I am impressed!!!

As a big Rollie fan, I guess it was just a matter of time Tudor would chime into my collection. I bought this piece from Trustytime as I do for over 12 years by now. You can't go wrong with Andrew guys. Fast communication and shipping as well.

I recently heard he was waiting for stocks to come in regarding the new "ZF'' Black and Blue Pelagos series. I really doubted for some while which colour to pick, in the end I went for blue.... although, the black one I like just that much. But since I own several black faced Rollie's already I thought it was time to go for something different. Do I regret this purchase... HELL NO it's a keeper!

Since this is my first Tudor I unfortunately cannot compare it to other Tudor Factory versions, but I can compare it with the Rolex watches I own. And really... I am surprised and most of all impressed with this ZF Tudor quality.
