I have a couple of really good reps that I love to wear except the case and sometimes the strap or clasp have sharp edges from the manufacturing process. I don't mean that there is an edge that will cut you just that the angle is very defined and after a few hours on my wrist it starts to irritate me. My gens are somehow smoothed or mico-chamfered to avoid this. I have tried a small fine file but it seems very slow and ineffective. I was wondering if others had come across this and how they have smoothed these areas.
Thanks,

I have a cheap Pam Marina Miltare and the stem broke right at the crown. I can still get the rest of the stem out, wind and set the watch etc. but now I need a replacement crown and stem.
The crown is about 10 mm in diameter and two mm thick.
Anybody know where I can get this setup?
I am not in a hurry so regular post from anywhere would be ok.
Thanks guys.
I bought two watches and all went well. Recently I sent an email just inquiring about buying another watch.
No response.
So he is not responding to my email about buying which I think might mean he is away or not in touch right now.
Will have to wait and see.
I just got my DSSD back from the Zigmiester. He relumed the dial, hands and pearl, sealed the HE valve and presuure tested for me. Reading the post above I though he was reading my past.
Anyways, the lume is outstanding and I haven't put under water but I am sure for short dunks it will be ok.
I would suggest this treatment to anyone with a good rep to take it to the next level at really minimal expense.
Enjoy....
I recieved my V5 DSSD from Trevor earlier this week. Shipping was fast and the watches (I got a Gucci for my girlfriend) both arrived safe and sound.
The DSSD was very impressive from the dial down to the strap. I have sent it out to the Zigmeister for Lume and seal check etc.
I love the watch and feel it is excellant value for a rep.
Thanks Trevor.
Great cars everyone.
In the summer my 1990 325i Cabriolet is nice.
For more sporting fun the 1987 928 S4 is my choice for the day
And finally my winter car is a 2006 E500 4Matic (AWD)
So all three look like this....
