Don't forget if you buy a new movement, someone has to fit it - more money for that. Maybe ask Domi has some working A7750s that he can fit to your watch? Just read Rolexman's post above, and have to concur - don't think too much about it - just get the watch serviced, it's your only real option. -

Why don't you contact a respected watchsmith like Domi (in Germany) on this forum and ask him how much he would charge to repair your watch, that would be a starting point.

Of course it's "from his private collection" - where have I heard that before - a well-worn salesman's phrase. I wouldn't be putting down $600 for it but if it's speaking to you, why not.

IMO wear and enjoy them for now. If you find they're keepers, think about servicing them when they start showing signs of problems. Asian 21j are usually rock-solid and don't need any attention for a long time. Look around the forum for a watchsmith in your area. Forget the high street! -
