I bought this watch. Loved it...
If you have not, please spare some time to read BT's review on this watch for the CHS and ICHS.
Nobody will realise the ICHS unless they're looking for it or they unwind your crown to mess with the GMT needle. The swiss 2836-2 is a workhorse and i recommend it over the asian clone Ultimate due to the problems some have reported.
Hope i helped and do PM me if you have any other queries my friend

I'm looking to buy the GMT Master 2, but with the newer style bezel. How much does bklm1234 sell them for? And is the quality that much better from the GMT Master 2 replica from King/Josh?
Thanks!
Err Do you mean the GMT IIc with the ceramic bezel and rolex green needle? BK doesn't sell this yet. Or are you talking about his transformer?

OMG... orgasm

That's the best watch i've seen in mesh so far. Normally the mesh grabs my attention first... for this one, its obvious which demands attention. Just curious? Have you knocked anyone out with it yet?
-
Very good choice. I love that watch. Wear it well!

I think 42mm is a nice size for the wrist... UPO would just glaringly big.. care to share what you paid chef?

Come to me baby! Payment Sent!

Bro.. have you tried the hobby shops selling plastic models? They have a wide range of tamiya colors and i know there is gun metal color.. Its very nicely done but from certain angle, the copper redness shows... maybe mix your silver with gun metal?

personally, i think she'd still be fine with a Windows device...but you know the creative types prefer Macs...
gtanak --> thanks...i agree i didn't leave too much room...and the MacBook Pro 15 is what i was looking at...but geeeez, these are pricey...do i need it that loaded or is there an alternative?...
R-
Well ... the creative types go for Macs not because its cool There're many good reasons and for me, the most impt is there's no blue screen of death. Force Quit actually does wonders.
Many alternatives.
1)You could go for a mid spec one and add on ram, Hdd etc much later on when needed. The essential is to start with a good/decent graphic card (at least 256mb) and Hi-Res screen is a nice but not necessary option cos you could always calibrate your monitor. Find 'alternate' solutions for your software and with Ed discount... prob you can get it just under 2.2K?
2) You could get a 15" notebook, format it and install Leopard and you have a franken Mac.
If you want something that can go for 2-4 years... you have to be prepared to pay upfront. If you want a base model and spend money along the years to upgrade it bit by bit.. you can always start with a base laptop or MacbookPro.
COm'on.. its not so pricey if you put up 1 or 2 keepers for sale You prob have change left over hehe ;P

Just did a comparison between using Watchlume ultimate green + watchlume binder vs AF-Luminova Green + AF binder.
Conclusions :
Watchlume is significantly brighter compared to AF after exposure to 10 sec of UV and of course both are much brighter compared to rep lume. This is a donor Cali dial and on the left (inclusive of 12 marker) is watchlume and on the right is AF-Lume (inclusive 6 marker) Numerals 8 and 5 are intentionally left untouched (ie rep lume) for a comparison. Well, with my iphone the results are not SO obvious, but they are. Well done Watchlume!
In Daylight after lume
PS: Thanks for the cali dial Dani

You might be right about the tube position.. But if someone had to unscrew the crown to check this to know if its a rep... that'd made my day... Now how can we fit a 3135 into a V2..?
-
Have you guys thot of dyeing it? or rubbing some dirt to dirty the silver of the rep? Or dipping the logo and soaking that part into coffee haha
-
Again, i'm not being vindictive or malicious... but since you're such a nice guy.. why don't you post his email (or PM) to us and we will ALL write angry emails to this wuss!
-
Not being vindictive but you should inform ebay of this and pretend to insist that the seller fulfills his part of the sale. Not that you will get your items but at least this guy doesn't go round doing this again soon cos hopefully ebay does something about it.
-
Well, look at it this way.. he will NEVER ship anything to you... And you should not pay anything above what you bidded for those items despite what he says. Leave it up to Ebay, he'll get banned and return with another userid since his reputation is not impt seeing he only has 2 feedbacks..

Living it on my iPhone!!!!
Veeeery nice!!!
Hmm..
Not sure how you can still use Tapatalk, have not been able to for a couple of days now. Just tried to delete and re-add RWG, it now says there is a temporary problem with this forum and try again later. Admins, any updates?
