Hmm yours have survived without any crystal failure... From where did you score yours? Maybe they use a different crystal setup than the other makers?

So to sum it up - the ones that are available at the moment are no good and better to wait some more? I do get very very tempted in buying a rep one after reading chefcooks thread of a gen but I guess I have to wait some more then
