So just force the pin to come off from the end of buckle? But if I do that, will I be able to put the clasp into the new strap? it's a hornback strap

Hi, Guys I'm struggling to remove the clasp screw show in the picture. It just won't budge, anyone knows how to unscrew this? Tried to go to watch smith and he also says that it won't budge. Uploaded with ImageShack.us
