  1. Hello, I've just received a 24-7030 tube from WSO and allready ruined it I have big problems with fitting the tube in the Josh/Cartel case, the tube does not want to get deep enough into the case. Sorry don't know how to explain it properly. Any advice? Thanks!
  2. Wow, when I open my Oxford Dictionary at the page with "kind", your avatar and nick appears
  3. They charge 45$ just for shipping I don't think it is worth it.
  4. Someone in the german Rolex forum got his NOS SL dial from Genf.
  5. They don't relume due to the risk of tongue cancer. If you get it serviced, you get a SL dial and hands in any case, a Redsub dial looks like: (Photo by Dieter-B @ R-L-X) And yes, without whitegold surroundings.
  6. I think they put a normal matte dial with white SL indices in it.
  7. Yes you're right 93250 but without SEL like the 93150.
  8. I know Yuki's 93150, but unfortunately it is a solid one.
  9. In Europe you can't get any kind of service by Rolex without getting a SL service dial, SL hands and pearl, because the Rolex don't want to handle with tritium anymore.
  10. Is it really a midlink? Because it connects the bracelet with the springbar and is smaller than the "normal" midlink? @highhoey: where can I find a bracelet for 30$? Thanks
  11. Hello, can anyone tell me how this part of the bracelet is called and where I can buy it? I only found a few at WSO. Thanks!

    MBK = MBW

    Reg said that he doesn't know if the MBK he can get is the MBW.

    MBK = MBW

    Hello, stupid question, but is the 1680 MBK the same as the MBW? Some are talking about their MBK/MBW 1680 (or 5513...), but on the other hand I rarely find something about the MBK 1680. This made me a bit confused... The Cartels, PTs and MBWs are well known but I want to find out if the MBK would be a better alternative. Mfg
  14. Yes right! And now I know my problem, this spring "clicks" back over the keyless go thing. BTW: does anyone know the partnumber of the keyless go without date quickset?
  15. So the "finger" should be on the left of the Keyless nipple thing? Like:
  16. Sorry, but I don't get it. How should the spring or finger look like? Or what should I do with it?
  17. It's a 2836. Remove the dial and check if the keyless plate or spring is in the right position?
  18. Same question/problem here: I removed the stem in the time setting position, but now the manual winding doesn't work. But I read, that if I messed up the keyless the time and date setting would not work.
  19. Hi, I knew your link. Are these movements like plug'n play? I'll send them an email, hope they send to Europe.
  20. I'm not sure but this trusty 1680 could be my old Submariner. This could be interesting for others because it came with the right flat silver datewheel with open 6, 9, 16, 19 and open 26. It has the right serial for a red Sub with Mk4 Dial, 2.65mil, but a terrible bezel assembly with a strange retaining ring without washer but a spring holding the bezel. The new one has the gen-like construction and hopefully my Clark 127 arrives asap and will fit even on the old case. Which caseback looks better? I thought the new Cartel ones are to tall, but the old to low. Thanks
  21. Hello, I want to build a 1680 white Sub, I have a dial, bracelets, bezel assembly, ETA movement and 2 cases. About one year ago I got a Redsub, the seller from a german scam site told me it was a noobfactory (?), then two months ago I reveived my Cartel 1680 with the white dial. I compared both cases, I like the CGs from my first 1680, but it seems that the caseback of the Cartels looks better. The old case has better lugholes, but I have issues with the crystal. It doesn't fit tightly, but maybe just the crystal is a bit off. First two pictures and on the right Cartel, the others the noobfactory (or whatever?) Any advice? Thanks
  22. I know, but they maybe need a service too. And is the 2836 datewheel the same as the 2846 dw? Because I have the right silver dw on my current ETA movement.
  23. I know using a 2846 would be the easiest solution. But I have a nive 2836 which needs to be serviced anyway and I haven't found a 2846 for under 100€ yet.
  24. Hello, could anyone explain me, how a 2836 can get converted into a slow beat movement? I read, that someone did that, but couldn't find any infos. Thanks
  25. No, the Cartel 1680 has a DG2813 movement, the other an ETA. So the feet of the dial shouldn't be in the right position.
