  1. Hi Vly :)

Polywatch does work well.  It is expensive for what it is though.  And Brasso does work the same for much cheaper. The trick with both is to use the right amount, with the right amount of pressure, for the right amount of time (about a 1-2 minutes).  If you go overboard, you will heat the crystal up too much and melt thru it. Same goes for Polywatch.

  2. No actually the bezel and case are of the same exact alloy. I took the pics quickly after exposing the case to sulphur (the hard boiled egg in a bag trick). The bezel had a lotta oil that I had rubbed into it. The case didn't have the oil. I have since rubbed both the case and bezel so the patina matches.

    Cheers

  3. May I introduce you to my Esdee Mille Metri Bronze homage beast :)

As you can see, a little patina is in the works!

This watch is so wonderfully made.  It truly is an engineering marvel.

I opted for a waterproof plexi crystal for that vintage look.

Certainly a grail watch for me and I won't sell it!

    Very very highly recommended!!!

I hope you enjoy seeing these pics!
