  1. My sincerest condolences…RIP…[emoji1317] Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  2. I know the site, nicely made, but not everything is accurate. Sub hands are too short for the 1016 because the dial is bigger, so 12mm after 1963 is incorrect. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  3. Correct 1016 and 5508 minute hands are longer, not shorter.[emoji6] Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

  6. Do you guys know where to source some good acrylic pearls? I remember yuki offered good ones few years ago (they were always sold out[emoji23]), but could not find them anymore on his site... Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  7. OK, I agree with you - not really NOS. But I can understand the euphoria of the expert and his description of that watch, because it’s a “show me another one in same condition” situation. I am pretty sure, in this life you will not find another one like that... Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  8. Don’t get what you’re saying, but for me that’s a trustful story and as I see a watch in amazing condition. Hope one day to find one like that...[emoji4] Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  9. Watch looks good. Everything is OK, even the papers without punch or any details is OK. Most of first owners Daytonas between 1971 and late 80‘s came with blank certificate. The punch or written details are mostly done later by owners, resellers or counterfeiters. You have to understand that these Daytonas were only a bit more expensive than a Precision (which also came mostly with same papers - blank)...Means: these model was one of the cheapest Rolex, unpopular and not sellable...[emoji4] Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
  10. Gen, even bezel and dial are original and not aftermarket. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

  16. Gen 18038 with diamond set...*blingbling*
  17. Hi, want to ask if someone of you knows where I can source from HK a DayDate, made of real gold and diamond set. Here in Gemany are a lot on the market, even on the bay you can find some. They have genuine movements, BTW. A guy told me they came from Hong Kong... Want to buy a custom for me...*bling* Thanks
  18. Yes, and he's still doing it - on german Forums...
  19. Still available, no agreeable offer yet. BTW, 10% of the sales amount goes directly to RWG if this package gets sold here!
  20. You are absolutely right guys, I know that. Some of you built also a franken and start e.g. with a Phong case set (which is alone over 1k), then month for month there were upgrades with gen parts. At end you have a complete gen watch except the case. But you don't really want to know how much you paid for it, nor you have the feeling it's paid over 4,5k and even more! This package is IMO cheap for someone who has a 1570 laying around (which of course was also not for free, I guess!), and it's still cheap. Also I hope it's for wearing the watch and not for resale. And why it should be a gen bezel assambly? A yuki or ND would also work fine... Also you have to be very carefully when you buy cheap "gen" vintage watches. Most of them are anyway franken, unfortunately!
