The mark XVI and a decent Seamaster case would be perfect.

I have a Hublot Big Bang bought from a member that has Chieftang's A/R and I'm simply blown away by it.

Go for a uPO, check the trade section as you have more chance of getting one with a genuine ETA movement ( If so desired, although the Asian movements aren't bad either ) Also if you're willing to pay extra you may get a modded one although they rarely come up for sale.

Basically I don't want to be ostentatious, I just want to get him a mechanical watch in the hope he picks up a passion for watches! That looks to be the best bet so far Dylan

I was thinking a small size gen seiko or citizen auto, the reps i'll keep for myself at the moment lol. Although the explorer does look promising Andy!

I'd like to buy a boy's size automatic watch for my eldest son ( who's eight ) and i'm stuck for ideas, all stainless steel if possible.

I'm drooling whilst looking at those pictures, definitely the next watch on my list, congrats on a beautiful watch!

I got mine relumed, serviced, bezel put back on ( only fault i.m.o ) and had the silix logo put on, oh and replaced the bracelet after damaging it which was my fault entirely. Double A/R next! But enough of mine, get one, you will have a great watch.

Congratulations to you and Mrs JJ! I have three boys and three girls, each and every one of them make me a rich man with just one of their smiles.

Perhaps there are too many variables on this one for a group buy?

Guys, Robbie was perhaps foolish to vent his anger with regard to getting a ticket on this forum, but this has turned into a witch hunt. Surely as gentlemen we can just move on?

I think that would look outstanding Teejay, can't wait to see the finished article

Would it not be a good idea for us EU guys to do a batch run with chieftang? Crystals removed of course? 20-40 crystals would hardly be a problem with customs I reckon. At least we KNOW chief will do it right. My 0.2c though
