Very good point, selling descriptions can not be trusted even from some of our TDs - and not worth risking health for. Guess I personally, as an ex solar cell researcher, could use some of my lab equipment to verify absorption of uv wavelengths - but yes, most don't have such equipment at home...

Two beautiful watches here, especially like the dials! Nothing wrong with the river bezel, but have to say that NW's is an extra step up (and of course also more expensive).

+1. The numbers represent seconds deviation per day, amplitude, beat error and frequency. All look great, perhaps the amplitude could be a bit higher (indicating power transferred to the driving train). However, it could also be that the automatic 7750 movement is not fully wound up. Best of luck with your Portu - they're great watches!
