You can always find a gen 5513 that has a damaged dial, buy the complete watch head for something like 4k and replace with your dial. I found a gen 5513 with a fake dial for 3K and now im free to put any dial I want. A phong case and movement, crystal etc will run you the same amount if not more... food for thought

I agree Freddy, good point. In this case the seller is Werner Gatsby, he's solid. It's genuine and he's an A1 seller

I haven't shot JPEG for nearly 10 years; this seems appropriate.
Awesome!
playing around with an old screw on macro lens (my camera has a non removable lens)
not bad!
And cropped...

Beautiful time of year! enjoy it

Yup, sounds like the damage is done. The pearl falling out had nothing to do with water entering though, your watch just fell apart when it took a swim

No it wouldn't affect that but the insert might come off in the water... The hole would allow the water to flow freely through it and by proxy I think that would create a vacum effect or reverse vacum effect actually. Not a proven thing but I've only ever had inserts come out in the water when they have no pearl.. The motion of swimming does it..

E Ola Me Ke Aloha, Mai Ka 'ohana RWG!
I have no idea if that makes sense, trying to say, "get well with love, from the rwg family"
I wish I lived closer to you so we could share a drink and talk
Nice Pam!
