Anybody? It's for an A7750

Hi guys, Recently I lost all pressure on both pushers of my A7750 (in an IWC 3717). Anybody has any ideas on what the issue probably is? Is it easily fixed, knowing that I have no experience AT ALL? If not, could somebody please recommend a watch smith in Belgium? Or who is the best guy to send my watch to that could both: - repair - clean the movement Thanks a lot!

However, I'm a bit afraid I won't know what's wrong and then I'm not helped anyway My issue is that both pushers don't have ANY resistance (they were quite tough to push in the beginning, and at some point they lost all pressure and the chrono doesn't work anymore Let's see...

Thanks a lot! I'm really not familiar with movements. Do you think it's safe to bring it to a regular watch smith and tell him to have a look if I pay them? Just don't want to screw up to whole movement... Plus I have no tool to open the caseback Can a regular watchsmith also perform a movement cleaning? Cheers!

Well the chrono was working a few days ago. How do I know whether it slipped or it is loose screw? Thx a lot!

Hi guys, I have a question. I have a 3717 with A7750 and I just lost all the pressure on my pushers (both) and the chrono stopped working. What is wrong? Is this serious? How, and more importantly who would be able to fix this at what price? Would sending it to someone for a full movement 'cleaning' be the best option? Who would you recommend? I'm from Belgium... Can somebody tell me how scratch resistant the bezel is? THe shiny-ness makes it look like you will see every little scratch on it...

Thanks a lot to all of you! So I better not enter a regular watch smith and ask if he want to clean my watch At least I have some options now. However, it seems to me that it will indeed cost as much to let my watch service than to let someone replace the entire movement. This all is, nonetheless, just in case in the future something will happen to my watch... First I have to find a good dealer (both price and quality) who want to send it to Belgium using UK transshipment. I know Josh and TrustyTime are reliable both also quite expensive compared to others. Anyone can recommend me a TD who will fit my needs? Btw, so glad we're still alive and able to talk about watches on doomsday Cheers!

Hi all, I am about to buy a v5 Planet Ocean 42mm. I've done some reading and came to the conclusion that I better save some money by opting for the Asian clone ETA 2824 movement. Since I understand that the condition in which it will arrive wont be excellent, I believe it is better to let it service first before using it (goes the same for the Swiss ETA, no?). That way, I will have a very reliable movement... Now my question. Can I let it service by a regular watch smith? Should I just ask to clean and oil the movement? And what should this cost me? If I cannot let this do by a regular watch smith, does anyone of you know a good watch smith in Belgium, preferably Brussels...? Thanks!
