Yup, it's on the Puretime homepage. Movement not decorated as much as BP but bezel appears to have shiny coating compared to BP (correct) matte and textured surface, which suffers from fading issue.
That looks like the 39mm Explorer. Bezel suggests it isn't the 36mm model. Bracelet, clasp, SEL fitment points towards 39mm. Check with the dealer if it's the model you've actually ordered.

It was illegal before for Parcelforce to claim 'handling fees' when all they've done is pay the custom fees themselves then recover it from the customer.
Legislation was brought into effect to allow such charges to be claimed. They're well within their rights to demand the £13 fee to release your package from hostage. Pay up and enjoy your watch is all I can say.
