The problem is I have check it two diferent places that give me different info. can someone check this please. This is what I got: 2824-2 _ ST-21 or ST-24 2836-2 _ ST-21 or ST-24 2892-A2 _ ST-18 or ST-26 6897/6798 _ ST36 7750 _ ST-19 Thanks,
  3. Thanks a million guys!!! I know my question is a bit wide, but at the beginning even the small things are complicated.

  5. Hi guys Here I am again trying to understand a little more of this fantastic world of watches and moviments and so on ........ When it occured to me to ask a couple questions: -21J low beat vs high beat? Is it true that the high beat is better almost like the Asian ETA's? -ETA Swiss vs Asian Is it just a case of price vs durability??? -2836 vs 2892 Again, 2892 better in both asian and swiss versions. I know there are variants, -1, -2. I hear wonders about this moviment. Maybe even the best around??? -7750/7753 vs Sea Gull ST-19/copy venus (lemania) Again price vs the best Asian copy?, or just throw them both out and get a good japanese quartz (miyota)??? At the end, is asian just cheap and good or are the swiss better but not to justify the expense because it cant better the performance of the cheaper asian version. Sorry about the lingo being incorrect, I am a newbie and trying to absorb as much as possible.
  6. Hello all I am a newbie. I am lost in the marvelous and fascinationg world of watches. I feel that I need the oldies, I dont mean this in a negative way; I mean it in a wise and knowledgeable way, Let us, the newbies, know what are the best watches, in their wise opinion, that a newbie should focus on to start building an collection. Of course, price is always an issue in these matters. I know that chosing is relative thing. I like blue you may like green, but I am sure that there are cornerstones that we all should have to better understand watches, being they rep or gens. Thanks a million,
