Yes the bezel is definitely a tell but I dont't think that anyone will notice it because it's a pretty rare watch and you really have to know where to look.

The Ingenieur has not a working double chrono, right? I would choose the 3777 which is a pretty good rep.

The Chinese already put living animals in key rings so why not also put them into watches.

Here is photo of my franken PO with H4. Compared to a gen PO H4 could be a little bit too high but I'm not sure. So either H3 or H4 would be an big improvement compared to the standard 2824.

Really? Every gen I saw on the internet has the dw with the "bigger" numbers. Maybe you can post some pictures. It would be interesting to see.

I'm sorry that I pointed it out. I think that my PO wasn't assembled properly. The hour hand nearly touched the dial at the 6 o'clock position. It only didn't touch the omega logo because the dial was also installed unevenly. To solve the problem I reinstalled the dial with an H4 cannon pinion. And now I'm a bit concerned that the distance is too big. By the way, don't forget to secure the he valve with loctite. The rep ones are not easy to get anymore and the gen valve is quite expensive.

Great looking PO ! I have build a similar one last year. What do you think about the distance between hour hand and dial? On mine it looked way to close with an standard ETA H1 2824.
