  1. Why would it not fit? Not trying to doubt your knowledge, but if the rep is a modded 7750 why wouldn't a 7753 fit if its the same exact chassis of the gen 7750? Maybe the dial might be different but I'm questioning more the case.
  2. Higlhy interested in finding out also about the 7753 in the rep navi... Specifically on a b01
  3. thats works i guess... thank u. .. just find it odd that a real gear wheel wont replace a clone wheel..
  4. ... or will eta parts fit?... I was swapping dials on a a7750 and the 30 sec chronograph wheel stem broke off as I was removing that hand. I beleive its eta part number 8000... would anybody know of the eta wheel would fit the asian movement?
  5. Id say definetly rep... just from this pic -sunken datewheel -lower case bracelet arm is square ,has no cut towards the end -bezel numbering too spaced out from outer edge
  6. I spoke to tt about the same issue.... only option through him is a complete bracelet.
  7. I'm counting on the inside of the case being the same size of the old navitimer reps as it uses the same a7750. My biggest question is the dial. ... older dials are 32.6.... being the case is bigger , will that affect the dial size?
  8. What if u replace the dial with a gen and a 7753... should work corr3ct?
  9. ive been waiting for a navitimer like this to come out to base a franken off of. my questions are the following: as far as case , bezel and bracelet.... how many navitimers share this same setup of case? for examle if i would source a gen dial and gen 7750 from a "old navitimer" or a fighters, would i be able to fit it in this one? or would a tricompax gen dial with a gen 7753 fit into this case? or will any type of franken project be based off of b01 movements and dials only? i ask because these will be the parts that are still readily available and easy to source... not to mention the downgrade breitling has taken with the new date font...
  10. Im sorry seems like the main plate is same but is listed as being different . The calendar plate is different....maybe someone more experienced could shed some light.
  11. I was browsing through the eta manual for 775x movements... Seems 80% of a 7753 is a 7750. 19 parts are different in total. However the 2 main parts that are different are the main plate and the datewheel.
  12. Thank u... very informative post. Im holding off on getting a navitimer because I want to eventually build a super franken and am hoping to get a great base rep. I have a gen breitling calibre 13 movement (eta7750) with gen datewheel so that will be my startup point. Wondering if there are any rightups on how to convert a gen 7750 into a 7753 as this would not have this issue.
  13. Dont mean to sound ignorant because I am not a watch builder... but isnt the solution to the sunken date wheel simply is to shim it up to the dial? Or is the crown shaft in the way?
