Ok, so I voiced my concerns and received new QC pics a few days later. Cyclops looked great and aligned. I received it today and the cyclops is aligned perfect with the dw however the dial is not aligned. It looks like they either shifted the dial to line up the cyclops or they shifted the crystal line up with the dial. Got the crown in today. While I had it disassembled I distressed the case a bit, faded the insert. The bezel assembly is still not correct, however it looks good. I had to get another insert which is tight against the crystal, after a bit of sanding and fading it looks good to me and that's my friction. I also baked the dial and hands but can't tell a difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The engraving is done with laser and does not look accurate. Also the serial number on mine makes it from 1984. Not accurate either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

i believe they put the wrong bezel and insert on the rep. I contacted pt but no luck with a replacement bezel. I've found one on eBay with a insert and friction ring I ordered the other day. Not gen but looks good. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Well, it came in yesterday, looks good but the bezel is way too loose. You can spin it with a flick. Upon removing the bezel, there is no friction washer and no groove for the retaining ring. Anyone else have this pt model with the same problem? Do the reps have a friction washer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
