  1. Agree, Ryan takes a lot of beating. Good communication and helpful, even when customs destroy your watch.
  2. Having a watch case that big is not good, the temptation to fill it would be too great.
  3. Hi, I was wondering whether one of the board Panerai experts could help me identify the origins of this PAM. I'm looking to sell it in the Sales forum but wanted to put something meaningful in the description and most of all identify it as the correct model It was bought from eBay about 11 years ago, when they allowed people to openly sell replica watches. I'd also be grateful if anyone could PM with a suggested price. Thanks Mark Some pictures...
  4. Keep us posted, sometimes things do go wrong but most of the TD's on this forum are really good and will work with you, unfortunately though some can be hit and miss.
  5. You could have a look on watchuseek or on eBay. They're not cheap.
  6. Thanks guys, I'll post up a pic hopefully later, just out and about doing the usual Saturday shopping.
  7. Hi, Is anyone able to identify whether this is a Swiss ETA 2836-2 or Asian Clone. Or can anyone tell where to look to determine its origin. Thanks
  8. True, but compared against a Cayman, which is what it's up against and what the motoring press group in the same category, the Cayman wins hands down. It's a shame as this car was designed from the ground up, so they could have made a bit more of a provision for some luggage. Don't get me wrong, I do like Italian cars, I just think that this was a missed opportunity.
  9. Hopefully now there's a new man at the top of Alfa, we might get to see some new models, the 4C's a nice car but the boot is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, by the time my other half had put her bag, shoes and kitchen sink in, they're wouldn't be room enough for even my toothbrush.
  10. I think they're a striking watch, I nearly bought a Superocean as shown in your advert but bought something completely useless instead and still regret it to this day. One of my all time favourite watches is the Breitling GMT from the 70's.
  11. Here you go, not the best picture, but hopefully you can see the 70's Chronomat style face. The only UK stockist was Chronomaster in Bolton, all stock sold some time ago.
  12. Got to be the best tool watch around. I have one and its been indestructible.
  13. Does anyone know how much the JLC Navy Seals rep rubber bracelets usually sell for either new or used? I've got one incoming but its on a Nato and would like to change it to the bracelet. Thanks
