Bad experience with Angus, I would recommend waiting before you order from him. I think he needs few more people to help him with his customer service. Ordered the watch almost a month ago and still nothing. I ordered from Josh about the same time and I received the watch 5 days later. I better keep ordering from the best, so I don't have to deal with this long wait and uncertainty.

What vendor are you using? This is for ebay. What is the problem exactly, I might be able to help you out.

Pirvan, I bought almost 3 weeks ago. The same as you, he sent me a FEDEX tracking number a couple of days later, it didn't work. Sent him bunch of emails, he reply saying something like FEDEX couldn't ship, and that the shipping was quite difficult and slow these days (by this time I was cracking up, cause Josh sent me a watch @ the same time from China and I got it in less than a week). Any way, after a lot of emails, he just sent me a "new UPS tracking number" it's been 3 days and the tracking information is still unavailable, as if it didn't exist. I'm really worry about this order, this is really bad customer support and service.

Hey, I received my second watch from Josh, it's the Santos 100 Chrono, it is beautiful! No customs problems at all. My camera it's no working right now, pictures later. I'm still waiting for the Omega from Angus, bought on June 4th, he sent me a none working Fedex tracking number since last friday June 6th. Probably next time you can just read the thread completely before posting suggestions, as it's been already suggested and taken care of. I know FEDEX sucks big time, but at least one of the packages is wrapped are as a toy. Do they use x-ray on FEDEX packages? That would be a concern right there. Haha . I was really stupid not to do that. I didn't realize my mistake until it was too late. I never thought of it because my first order was to USA and I had no problems. I guess here in Europe customs are more strict. I even said it up there, next time will use EU dealers.
