About 2mons ago i ordered an authentic gator strap w/ red stitch from Movada group. it was on back order and cost only $275.00 i was suprised about that so obviously bought one. well its been about 6-7 weeks since i sent back the omega. all problems fixed, except the Andrew say that the factory only makes green lume dials... but his website clearly states blue and green correct lume.. so i was bait and switched. buyer beware of this clear deception. i have just gave him the link to puretime site and your pic of omage that has BLUE lume to show him that "the factory" is full of [censored]. sad deal because there are several more watches i am going to get but now i am concerned about his business practice. how long does your dial stay lit up once in the dark. mine is maybe 10mins and of course only green. also noticed part of the hour hand is not lumed at all.... on mine not yours

update: sending watch to be factory replaced.

through some cordial dialog and factual photos Andrew is making good on the transaction. will update on my replacement. yes all the subdials all work. love this watch(sniffle)

I have ordered 7 or more watches from trusty over the years. well still keep this thread posted on replacement watch. at least now I know what qc pics to ask for. lumination and logo on internals. question to pearl: do you have to put your watch at the 4:30 location to set the date on your omega from Joshua?

I purchased the 7750 version of your Omega. after a few back and forth with information Andrew has asked me to send the unit back for a better one. So I am feeling better about this transaction. He is making it right.

so far the omega is a fantastic looking piece of [censored].. trying contact Andrew to rectify the problems of a complete bait and switch. thanks trusty not saying it's his fault but it's not the watch I purchased off his website. I have clear photos to back it up from his website vs. what came out of box. posted pics under a diff thread.

well I received my version today. Andrew sure can pack them well. looks awesome except : date wheel will not move to set the day. superlume is only 1 color and fades rapidly after about 10 mins. clasp does not say professional. so you chose correctly my friendly. I have contacted Andrew I am hoping he makes it right. if not I am actually going to China to visit anyway. I will handle then. well I am editing this post: now after 30mins more with the watch I noticed a hollow sound when I giggle the watch and figure out its a loose case back. I open to inspect and do NOT see any omega logo on spinner of movement. I am super [censored] off and want to hurt things. grrrrr
