You'd have to first define Morality. Secular morality is a man made invention and is mostly based on utilitarianism , so what feels good and serves one well cannot be morally wrong as long as you don't significantly/permanently affect others rights there cannot be any true moral decay unless you believe in a God dictated moral rules (10 commandments etc) then yes there's moral law "breakage" but it's not a decay, it's always been this way since antique times.
