Family first, as always man... It's easy to pick up a ton of excess responsibilities/vices...it's infinitely more difficult to resort, re-prioritize, and "trim the fat" so to speak. As far as I know... the newest gen "Bond" SMP has white gold (or SS?) rings around the lume (my gen purchased 2 months ago being the source of this info) whereas the older versions (my Gen 2001 SMP Pro, for example) have white paint surrounding the lume.

I personally would grab the more expensive one just because if you don't...you'll be thinking about it for a while (In terms of value vs. the one w/o punched papers) Also, better resale value if it's all original... Just my $.02
