It's 47mm. The design could work as a 42mm slim dress watch, but then it wouldn't be a Panerai.

The answer to this will also evolve as reps are starting to encroach on NWBIG status on many new models previously though un-rep-able. We're now seeing working tourbillons at the $700-800 mark! At the moment the ones worth buying in gen are precious metal models, those with special or in-house movements that don't have reliable clones, or any others with too many obvious tells.
