Yeah feel the same, the 6 & 9 are still not what it should be , but nevertheless...Davidsen made a big step forward with his effort to create a good dial.
You are right and I feel the same way but I understand that they have to move on.
Now producing more In House movements and a Tourbillon, they got the Manifattura status.
Love the In House calibers though.
I believe that they'll keep producing the Historic collection just to keep their "soul".
With the pre V and pre A's going sky high I wonder where it'll stop.
We're thinking the same, I have my eyes focused on the 190 too.
Love the JLC movement
I know what you mean having a kid coming soon!
Mine is 19 month's, time and money goes fast if you know what I mean
Kostas you forgot the 111E I purchased last year, but you're right, the BASE is simply the cleanest and my favourite of the 2
I bought the 111E for the old style movement decoration and the painted dials and correct me if I'm wrong that Panerai started the 111 with open caseback in the E serie.( A-D were all solid casebacks)
So what's next...maybe a Rad?
Damn I failed the test...should do my homework better next time.
Sorry Chad for mistaken your gen 005 for a rep, having a gen 112 I should have looked more carefully.
Agree both are reps.
The "A's" are not correct and correct me on this but the "2" in the 12 does not look right on the 005(bar is too short).
The "L swiss made L" looks too wide and too close to the 6 on the 111.
I think you did a wise choice to do the E serie.
As we all know that starting from the H serie the biggest flaw is the CG.
Also haven't seen a correctly placed L SWISS MADE L yet...all are too close to the 6.
OK guy's let me update you about Tommy.
The last email I received was dated 18th Sep. , he mentioned that his life is a bit chaotic now and that he just moved to another city but didn't forget us.
He has alot of things still packed up in boxes.
I replied that RWG members are waiting for some answers too.
So now we wait...
I would say a Radiomir.
You can wear it casual or dressed, all you need to do is change straps and what's nice about all the Panerai watches is that there is a hudge varioty of straps out there.
