  1. Pretty much as the title says - lost the bottom pusher - no idea how, when or where its gone. After doing a quick search I now realise the pushers are a slightly iffy part of the design. Anyway - does anyone know whether a generic part can be used to replace the lost pusher or if its a rep only type part... Any help would be gratefully received!
  2. Jose seems to have quite a collection - he collects watches like he does midfielders. I'm sure I've seen him wearing a Breitling, an AP and a Pan. As well as a Casio G Shock... Apart from the usual tasteless bling of Jacob and Cos (money can buy one of those but it can't buy class) I've noticed a few footballers watches - John Terry (Chelsea) - Rolex Daytona, Michael Essien (Chelsea) Santos 100 Two Tone, Milan Mandaric (Leicester Chairman) - gold El Primero Daytona, Chris Coleman (ex Fulham manager) - Panerai on s/s bracelet and Carlton Cole (West Ham and not very good) - Breitling. Alex Ferguson needs to send whatever his watch is to The Zigmeister as it always seems to add on 7 minutes at the end of a game.
  3. I've bought a few bits and pieces golf wise from China. A Titleist Cameron Futura putter and a set of Ping G5 irons. The quality of the components was good but the lie angle of the shaft was completely wrong - the putter head stood with the toe pointing skyward - fine for Jumbo Osaki but not for me. A quick blast with the heat gun and a dab of epoxy soon sorted that out. The Pings - for
  4. A lot of the tv auction/shopping channels have questionable business practices. A few years back they were plugging the Aston Gerrard/Klaus Kobec brands like mad. The usual tactic was to "heavily discount" by setting a ludicrous RRP (£1,995 marked down to £250 for a quartz gold plated piece of crap). And there was one channel selling Elvis autographs that didn't even exist. These channels seem to know their audience well and prey on the stupid and lazy. People must realise if something seems too good to be true, it usually isn't.

EMS from China seems a bit slow at the moment - I've waited two weeks for a couple of items. I guess given the time of year its understandable though.
  6. I believe Moneybookers is similar to Nochex inasmuch as it provides more protection for the seller than the buyer. Of course, you still have the protection of using a debit/credit card
  7. I think I've got it sussed now... I'm in something a lot more "seasonal". Coupled with legendary British inefficiency, I'm sorted for surfing!
  8. Hello all and thanks to all the guys involved in carrying on the forum... all the hard work is much appreciated. Hopefully the new job will give me a bit more time to surf and post!
