Hello, Like to check what is the issue with my gen tag heuer F1 grande date. The issue is that the watch will only run for about a day before it stop abruptly. I would need to unscrew the crown and adjust the time and the hand will continue to work again. This is frustrating as i need to do it every day. The battey is perfectly fine as i swap and tested a couple of them. I am using the recommended renata battery. I am reluctant to send this in to tag heuer as the warranty has expired. Any recommendations for a diy fix? Thanks! Model is cah1010

Hi All, Im new to this site so please accept my apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum. I have recently purchased a replica DSSD for £150 and have noticed the the date is slightly misaligned and not dead center. It also slowly starts to roll over to the next date at about 11pm then snaps onto the correct date at around 12:10am. The other issue is, is that the quick set date function doesn't work. It will flip over the dates nicely for about 4-5 days then stop. I can hear the gears trying to engage but they seem to always slip after a few days. Is this anything i can do to fix this (with no prior knowledge) or am i just going to have to accept that if you pay £150 for a £7000 watch there might be some slight imperfections. Hi, I know some reps lack the correct date font on their date discs and some are not being improved by the rep factories for whatever reason. but - what if I have a date disc image that I want to print on an "empty" date disc ? (for an example a navitimer correct date disc) does anyone knows where it's being done ? what ink\toner material is being used for date disc printing ? what printer\machinary is being used? are there any homebrew anternatives that are good? anyone at all have tried this ? I'm having a hard time finding dial size information for some reason... Does anybody know if a dial meant for a 15000 midsize case will fit in a ref 1500? Ever try it? Also, the ETA 2824-2 seems to be everybody's go-to for the 1500, but can anybody recommend a slow-beat? Even--heresy, I know--a Chinese movement? I think the original movement in the case beat < 8 times/sec. Thanks!

A friend of mine (who needs a better camera or cellphone) told me that her grand dad had a Rolex that had been sitting in a drawer for years I asked her for pics and this is what I got. my question Is whether there is any Indication here in this blurry mess that would tell me whether to persue this piece or not.
