Unfortunately in order for me to find out the quote, it needed the shipper address, which I don't have. Basically, I am waiting for a package (a watch) from a seller from Germany. First he told me it would cost $30 for Express Mail, so I paid him the cost. Then a week later, no shipping info, so I ask him. He said in order to ship Express, it will be around $70.... and as of today (2 weeks since the payment made) I still have no words from him when he will ship out the watch.
