Repairing A 111h

Recommended Posts

I received a new 111h working swan neck a few weeks ago. The movement was defective as the watch does not wind and the crown can't be returned to its original position, even by fairly hard force. I am not a "specialist" when it comes to watch repair but I wanted to see if there was something I could do or if this sounds like a common problem.

I would return this watch to the dealer but communication over the last few weeks has been minimal and I am afraid that I have to seek other solutions.

Hi Pete - I can look at it for you if you are in europe or send it to The Zigmeister if yo are in the US or nearby.

Thanks for the feedback. I am in the US and if I don't get it resolved in a few weeks I'll probably geet on The Zigmeister's list before it is too late.
