In the picture you will see the strap is "hanging in the wind" and drives my OCD batty. I'm not sure what material the strap is made from and don't know if I cut it, if it will "unravel". My mind is on so many others things I missed the obvious. That solves the issue. I still would like to know for my own knowledge if I choose to do so in the future if cutting a zulu strap will cause it to unravel. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

asf Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 even though I didnt do a great job at it, I burn the edge that i cut off with a lighter. dbutlerman Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 This may sound odd, but I cut it square with scissors and then used a bench grinder to shape It. The heat from the grinder snapping also melted the ends enough to keep it from unravelling. You could probably use a dremmel instead. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
