Shabber
I wanted to get some help. I just bought a used Aquaracer Automatic Chrono - Black. It's the one with the rectangular chrono buttons not the round ones. I wanted to make sure it was real and I know the rep is really close. I have box, papers, receipt and it was from what I thought was a reputable person. From my reading the ways to tell are the AR coating and day/date wheel alignment. I sure don't notice any AR coating, but the day/date wheels look aligned to me. What could I do to verify? Here is a pic
strattakan
To me it´s a gen for sure. The Tag logo on dial have perfect arrows in the logo the numbers and subdials printed in the dial are perfect same to the lume... fit perfect in the markers. the datewheel font looks ETA original also the rubber strap fits perfect in the watch. Congrats man!
Shabber
Thanks for the reply. I guess I just was thinking the AR coating would be more noticeable like on the Breitlings. I am pretty excited about it.

Shabber
Is there a serial number somewhere that I could look at and compare to the warranty card?
mrboombasteke
Looks just like my gen. This rep is so good, I'm going to have to get one in a diff color!! Now, although I wouldn't normally recommend this, if you want to be 100% sure, take it to an AD. You're gonna drive yourself crazy wondering. P.S. serial number is on the caseback below CAF2010
Shabber
I will need to look at my papers. Serial number is FJ3713. I would think the reps all have the same serial numbers right? (You are right, I am driving myself crazy.)
