ocram
I´ve thrown away my cheap set today. And now I´d like to get a new set. But a GOOD one. I´d like to get them in a wooden box or a round stand. So is the only thing that´s really good the Bergeon ones or are there cheaper alternatives with similar quality? So please you watch making experts - point me in the right direction Thanks a lot in advance

redwatch
+1 on watchbitz. Fantastic screwdrivers! I had a set of AF Swiss screw drivers that cost me a lot more than Offshore's and they fell apart after about a month.
Cats
Don't know the quality of the watchbiz screwdrivers but i use Bergeon. You can find a decent set for 70 euro's. Carpe Diem Cats
ocram
Are you talking about this watchbitz set?? http://watchbitz.com.au/shop/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=
Francisco
I opened a thread some time ago about some watchmaker tools at dealextreme: the set of screwdrivers can be found in other palces, I know it. It is not as Bergeon, of course, but ratio quality / price is really good.
freddy333
Bergeon, which is what I use, has been the standard for watchmakers for many years. However, my next set is probably going to be from Horotec, which have earned a reputation for being made a bit better & having tips that last a bit longer. Both companies offer stand & wood box sets
mastrmindalliance
Are you talking about this watchbitz set?? http://watchbitz.com.au/shop/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=119 That's the one. I've never owned Bergeon but I can tell you that these are an [censored] load better than the swiss (?) AF ones designed for watcmakers. praetor
well.. you could always get the screwdriver blades from bergeon and use the watchbitz screwdriver body.
kdspiv
Bergeon is what the family who are watchsmith reccomend. Well, those and a brand named Starret. I don't work on watches for a living but I like Bergeon.
