hackR Posted November 26, 2011 Report Share Posted November 26, 2011 hi guys... i just installed a new datewheel in a Breitling skyland...all went well...then re-installed the dial and hands - all went well...put it all back in the case, tightened it all up...it runs only face down...when i put in face up, it stops... any thoughts and/or steps to take to sort out why? thanks...R **************************** Argh...now i need to figure out next step...thinking i may need to send this one out... bummer... hackR Posted November 26, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 26, 2011 thanks, Mike... what's scary is that i was able to transplant a capstone from a broken a7750 to the movement i was working on...so far so good...have to ensure that the brass jewel retainer is set right and will hold up to movement/bangs/etc...
